Ready to Ship / Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.
This includes careful packaging and the preparation of insured shipping.

Delivery Times

• Germany: approx. 2–6 business days
• Europe (EU + non-EU Europe): approx. 4–12 business days
• Worldwide (on request): delivery time by arrangement (depending on destination country, shipping method, insurance, and possible customs clearance)

Shipping & Insurance

All artworks are packaged carefully and professionally and are shipped insured only.
Shipping costs include secure special packaging as well as transport insurance appropriate to the value of the artwork.

Shipping on Request (High-Value Works / Special Destinations)

For particularly high-value artworks or destinations where no suitable transport insurance is available, shipping is offered on request.
In this case, you will receive an individual quote for packaging, shipping and insurance, as well as the estimated delivery time.

Customs / Import Duties (Non-EU)

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.
These costs must be borne by the buyer and are charged by the responsible authorities and/or the shipping service provider.
